At iOlympiad.org, we are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences through our Math Olympiads. Please read our Cancellations and Refunds Policy carefully before enrolling.
1. No Cancellations After Registration
Once a student is registered and payment is successfully completed, the registration is final and non-cancellable. This is because:
- Access to practice resources, diagnostic tests, or preparation materials may be immediately granted.
- Administrative and operational planning begins upon registration confirmation.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
All fees paid to iOlympiad.org are non-refundable, including in the following cases:
- Change of mind or scheduling conflict
- Missed exam due to personal reasons
- Duplicate registrations made intentionally
- Inability to complete the exam due to technical issues on the participant’s side (e.g., internet failure, device issues)
3. Refunds for Duplicate Transactions
If you have been charged twice for the same student due to a technical error or payment glitch, we will process a full refund for the duplicate charge after verification.
To request a refund for a duplicate payment:
- Email us at apply@iolympiad.org within 7 days of the transaction.
- Include the student name, email ID used during registration, and both transaction IDs.
Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive your request with complete details, we will process the refund within 3 business days.
Credit to Bank Account:
After processing, the refunded amount may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
4. Cancellation by iOlympiad.org
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any Olympiad due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical failures, natural disasters). In such cases, we will:
- Offer a rescheduled date or alternate format
- Provide a full refund only if the event is canceled entirely and not rescheduled
5. Disqualification and Forfeiture
No refunds will be provided in case a participant is:
- Disqualified for misconduct or use of unfair means
- Found violating the test integrity or terms and conditions
