At iOlympiad.org, we are proud to celebrate and reward the achievements of our students. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the delivery of physical items, such as certificates, medals, and awards.
1. What We Ship
Based on student performance and participation, we may ship:
- Printed Certificates of Participation or Excellence
- Medals (Gold, Silver, Bronze)
- Special prizes or recognition gifts (if applicable)
Note: All digital items (e-certificates, scorecards, feedback reports) are sent via email and do not involve physical shipping.
2. Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the United States to valid postal addresses.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.
3. Shipping Charges
Most physical awards are shipped free of charge as part of the iOlympiad registration.
If any additional charges apply for special prizes or express shipping, they will be clearly mentioned before dispatch.
4. Dispatch Timelines
- Physical awards (certificates/medals) are typically dispatched within 3–4 weeks after the Olympiad results are published.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the item is shipped.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on your state and the carrier used.
5. Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address during registration.
We are not liable for failed deliveries due to:
- Incomplete or incorrect addresses
- Typos or missing apartment numbers
- Unreachable or unresponsive recipients
If an item is returned to us, reshipping will be possible at an additional cost.
6. Missing or Damaged Packages
If your item:
- Arrives damaged, or
- Is not received within 45 days of the dispatch confirmation email,

- Your complete shipping address
- Reference number (if available)
We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
7. Returns and Exchanges
All certificates and medals are custom-made for each student.
As such, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless:
- The item received is incorrect, or
- It arrives visibly damaged
