1. Eligibility
Our programs are open to students in Grades 1 to 9 residing in the United States. Enrollments must be made by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old.
2. Registration & Participation
- Enrolling in the iOlympiad Math Olympiad requires submitting accurate student information and completing the payment process.
- Registration is non-transferable and specific to the student registered.
- Each student may only participate once per Olympiad session.
3. Fees and Payments
- The registration fee is clearly displayed on our website and may vary based on early bird offers or promotional periods.
- All fees are non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors during payment or duplicate transactions.
- Late registrations may be subject to an additional fee, which will be clearly communicated on the site.
4. Test Format and Integrity
- Each Olympiad test is conducted online, timed, and proctored through automated or manual checks.
- Students must complete the test independently without external help, books, or devices unless permitted as an accommodation.
- Any suspicion of cheating, impersonation, or unfair advantage will result in disqualification without a refund.
5. Certificates, Results, and Awards
- Participation and merit certificates will be issued based on the performance and eligibility.
- National rankings, medals, or recognitions are determined through objective scoring methods.
- We reserve the right to validate or revoke awards in case of any breach of integrity.
6. Use of Content and Materials
- All content, questions, results, and resources provided on iOlympiad.org are the intellectual property of iOlympiad and cannot be copied, shared, or redistributed without written consent.
- You may not use our materials for commercial purposes or upload them to public platforms.
7. Privacy and Data Use
- We collect only the necessary information to provide educational services, communicate with you, and improve our offerings.
- Personal data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties.

8. Communication

iOlympiad.org is not responsible for:
- Technical issues on the participant’s end (device failure, connectivity issues)
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, power outages)
- Any loss of opportunity, data, or indirect damages resulting from participation

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
